We created sticky.io because you shouldn’t need 12 different apps, 3 websites, an expensive developer and 362 plugins to run a wildly successful subscription business.
And yet for way (way) too long, there was no ecommerce technology solution sophisticated enough to meet the complex needs of subscription and recurring billing models. Brian Bogosian
President & CEO
Brian is the Braveheart-style leader who rallies the team to make a dent in the world. As the lead team-builder, mentor and deal-maker, Brian is responsible for leading year-over-year growth.
Among his many accomplishments, Brian was a first-time CEO at just 30 years old, and he ultimately helped sell the company for 320x its initial investment of $500K. When he was CEO of SALT Technology, Inc., Brian led the acquisition of LimeLight CRM, which rebranded as sticky.io in March 2020.
Nothing excites Brian more than getting positive feedback about the team, product and approach to doing business.
Ashish Mittal
Chief Revenue Officer
With more than a decade of experience growing revenue for innovative technology companies, Ashish knows a stand-out ecommerce solution when he sees one. His entrepreneurial spirit positioned him to lead successful shipping and delivery startups such as ShopRunner and Gopuff. Now, he’s bringing his ecommerce expertise and passion for leading revenue teams to sticky.io.
As the fourth employee at ShopRunner, Ashish helped scale its network to hundreds of merchants and millions of members by leading sales and partnerships. At Gopuff, he experienced the ecommerce industry from a different perspective, educating consumers on Gopuff’s value and building relationships with large payment providers.
Inspired by the power of subscriptions and motivated by solving the real-world challenges merchants face, Ashish empowers the sticky.io team to reach its full growth potential.
William Vogt
Chief Financial Officer
With over three decades of experience in both Fortune 500 and private-equity-backed companies, Bill is the financial compass guiding sticky.io’s success. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Bill orchestrates the symphony of our accounting and finance teams while navigating the realms of risk management and investor relations.
Bill has attained impressive results in his career, such as achieving a remarkable 400% growth at Discovery Data and playing a crucial role in securing two triumphant exits. Yet, he values teamwork above all, believing that great accomplishments often stem from collaborative efforts.
But there’s more to Bill than just numbers. He’s an avid angler, an unapologetic coffee enthusiast and a history buff who cherishes Savannah, Georgia’s charm.
Janicke Rich
Chief of Staff
Janicke is the quarterback when it comes to all things sticky.io. She manages our executive team’s priorities and ensures they’re prepared for anything that comes their way while overseeing relations with our investors and board of directors. She’s also responsible for leading the administrative and human resources staff and strives to create a culture that keeps the sticky.io family of talent happy, motivated and engaged. Janicke solves problems before they become problems, improves internal processes and operations and creates cohesion among all levels of management.
Prior to joining sticky.io, Janicke was the chief of staff to the CEO of Harland Clark Holdings (now Vericast) that encompassed 5 businesses, 12,000 team members, $4 billion in revenue. When she’s not helping drive sticky.io’s growth, you’ll find Janicke volunteering her time to give back to the community or getting lost in a good book.
Cris Angelini
VP of Business Development
Cris is vice president of business development at sticky.io. He works diligently to source and manage partners, ensuring that merchants have access to the technologies and services they need to grow a successful subscription business.
Over the past 15 years, Cris has worked for 2 ecommerce platforms as well as in the performance marketing space, which has given him great insights into which companies are best suited to meet the needs of each merchant.
Cris finds immense value in the relationships he has created over his career and helping mentor teammates who have gone on to succeed in senior roles themselves.

As senior vice president of growth at sticky.io, Thomas Marks is a revenue strategist and go-to-market guru who helps drive user acquisition of sticky.io's platform and products. With a deep understanding of the tactics and techniques needed to succeed, Thomas develops and executes strategies to increase demand, conversion rates and revenue.
With more than 15 years of experience in ecommerce spanning the travel and SaaS industries, Thomas leads the charge in setting big goals and motivating our team, while constantly testing and optimizing to find the best ways to grow our business.
